ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our digital products, including Lightroom presets, are delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software, device, and compatible version of Adobe Lightroom required to install and use the purchased presets.

Our presets may be used with photographs taken using digital cameras or smartphones, provided the images are edited using a compatible version of Adobe Lightroom.

PRESET RESULTS

Our presets are designed to provide a starting point for your editing process and are not intended to be a one-click solution.

Every photograph is different. The final appearance of a preset will vary depending on factors including the original image, lighting conditions, exposure, white balance, camera or smartphone used, lens, shooting settings, image format, and color information.

After applying a preset, you may need to adjust settings such as exposure, white balance, contrast, highlights, shadows, saturation, and other Lightroom controls to achieve the desired result.

We do not guarantee that a preset will reproduce the exact appearance shown in example photographs, as those results depend on the characteristics of the original image and any additional adjustments made during editing.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Following successful payment, your digital product will normally be made available through a download link, order confirmation page, email, customer account, or other electronic delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device or account used to receive your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.

We do not provide refunds because:

You changed your mind after purchasing.
You purchased the wrong product.
You expected the preset to produce an identical result on every photograph.
You do not have compatible software or equipment.
You no longer wish to use the product.
You are unfamiliar with Lightroom or the editing process.

If you receive an incorrect or technically defective file, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Where applicable law provides mandatory cancellation or consumer rights, those rights will continue to apply.

LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may use our presets to edit your own photographs, including photographs created for personal projects, social media, professional photography, client work, and other commercial creative work, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights in the preset files themselves.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the preset files.
Upload the preset files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, cloud libraries, or other platforms for distribution.
Sell or distribute modified versions of the presets as your own presets.
Include the preset files in another digital product, preset pack, course, membership, or downloadable resource.
Purchase one copy for use by multiple unrelated individuals or businesses unless an appropriate license has been provided.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or distribution may constitute infringement of our intellectual property rights.

COMPATIBILITY

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate compatibility information for our digital products.

However, software such as Adobe Lightroom may be updated, changed, discontinued, or modified by its developer. We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with future versions of third-party software, operating systems, cameras, smartphones, or devices.

It is your responsibility to review the compatibility information provided on the product page before purchasing.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Prices, products, promotions, and availability may change at any time before an order is completed.

We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue digital products at our discretion.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically entitle you to future products, additional preset packs, major updates, or new versions unless explicitly stated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital products available through this website, including preset files, names, graphics, photographs, written materials, instructional materials, and associated content, remain our intellectual property or that of the relevant rights holder.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through the purchase of a digital product.

We are not responsible for loss of photographs, Lightroom catalogs, edits, files, presets, data, or other content. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before installing or using digital products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
